NESA SHOW RATINGS AND POINTS SCORING

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY IF YOU WISH TO COMPETE FOR NESA HIGH-SCORE AWARDS.

NESA uses its own rating and scoring system as outlined below and is NOT based on or related to AHSA or NEHC ratings.

To qualify for High-Score Awards the horse/rider must compete at a minimum of two (2) shows during the season in the same division with the same horse.

Members must report their placings to NESA for scoring using NESA’s form.

Points will accrue from the date the membership is received and only for placings reports received with Secretary of the show’s name and signature.

NESA Mileage Award for Trail Riding- Send us your mileage for all affiliated trail rides. The Saddlebred with the highest mileage wins!

NESA Versatility Award-In the Ring:- Saddlebred with the most points in a variety of ASB show classes .

NESA Versatility Award Out of the Ring: -Most points/mileage for official jump courses, hunter paces, combined driving, dressage, reining, competitive trail, endurance riding , eventing, parades, side-saddle and natural horsmenship classes.
